First steps with Zotero

If you don’t have a Zotero account yet:

1. Create your Zotero account on Zotero.org

2. Synchronize your Zotero account with the software. You can now do the following exercises.

If you already have a Zotero account:

3. On Zotero.org, search for the following group: firststeps

4. What type of group is it?

5. Join the group and sync your Zotero library. Do you see this group library in your Zotero library?

6. Add references to this group library

a) drag and drop the references you want to share to the group library

b) sync again by clicking the sync button

c) do the references appear in the group library?

7. Unsubscribe from the group library from your Zotero account
